Symptoms
User cannot add a particular equipment to a rental contract after the 'select equipment' window.
Cause
The system could not identify a best-fit rental rate chart. Existing rate charts may be too specific and excludes this asset or a rate chart doesn't exist at all.
Resolution
Verify that:
- The asset you're trying to add is properly categorized:
- A corresponding rate chart exists for the equipment categorization, as well as matching division/store/cost center values on the rental contract header.
