After adding equipment to a contract, you can override the matching rental rate chart for individual pieces of equipment on a single rental contract.

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Go to the Rental Module from the welcome portal.
2. If the contract window is not open, click Edit from the contract list.
3. On the Equipment tab, click the Action button next to the equipment you'd like to edit.
4. Click Edit Rates.
5. A new window will open. Check Override Default Rates to activate all rental rate fields. 
6. You can now edit the minimum charge amount, rates, and max hours.
7. Click Save.
8. The new rate will now reflect on the Equipment tab.
