Objective: Add a new Contact to the CRM Module

Contacts in Vizybility are real people, whether they work for companies or simply exist on their own.  Contacts sync with your email campaign programs, and link to your Calendar activities.

Step-by-step Instructions - Company Contact


To add a contact to a company:

  1. Go to the CRM Module from the welcome portal.
  2. From the upper right-hand corner, select Company.
  3. Click on the company you'd like to add a contact to.
  4. On the left-hand side, click Contact and then click the Add New button.
  5. Fill in all the necessary fields and click Save.
  6. Your new contact will now be reflected on the contact list for that company.


Step-by-step Instructions - Without a Company


To add a contact without a company:

  1. Go to the CRM Module from the welcome portal.
  2. From the upper right-hand corner, select Contact.
  3. Click the Add New button, fill out all the necessary fields, and click Save.


You can associate this contact with a company at any time by finding the contact and click on the Move action. Then, select the company and click Submit.
