Objective: Add a new company to the CRM Module

Companies form the basis of many aspects of the CRM and DMS.  Your customers are companies, not accounts, and Vizybility lets you manage and add them as they exist in the real world, then initiate transactions. You can establish assets, contact information, and locations for each company. This will also allow your sales team to create activity types and opportunities to track lead times and current statuses.

Step-by-step Instructions


  1. Go to the CRM Module from the welcome portal.
  2. From the upper right-hand corner, select Company.
  3. A list of all previously-entered companies will be loaded. Click the Add Company button in the lower right-hand corner.
  4. A new window will appear. Enter the following mandatory fields:
    1. Company Name
    2. Preferred Language 
    3. Company Type
    4. Industry
    5. Ranking
    6. Ownership
  5. Click Save.
  6. The company has been added. You can now upload a logo of the company, add contacts, locations, etc. The company will now be listed in the Company directory.
