Objective: Create a new Activity

CRM Activities allow your sales team to plan out your day and log various appointments, phone calls, emails, and more. It's crucial to have the ability to track the last time you've spoken to a customer or specific contact - logging an activity allows you to do this. 


It's important to note that an activity is logged by your sales team to track customer interactions that may or may not directly translate into a business transaction. An opportunity tracks the deal lifecycle, value, and potential assets.

Step-by-step Instructions


  1. Go to the CRM Module from the welcome portal.
  2. From the upper right-hand corner, select Company.
  3. Find the company you'd like to associate an activity with.
  4. Select Activities from the left-hand side blade. You'll see any previously entered activities listed here.
  5. Click the Add New button
  6. Fill out all of the fields required.
  7. Click the Save button or the drop-down arrow for additional options.
