Rental Billing Scenarios

Modified on Mon, Sep 8 at 5:13 AM

Rental Scenarios provide in UI feedback to help users ensure that the desired rental billing logic is applied.

These small indicators on the equipment list let users know that the rate and max hours data have been entered correctly for the billing engine to create invoices with the expected values.

The main Billing scenario of Scenario 1 - this is the standard Rule of 3s billing, where 3 days equals a week and 3 weeks is a month.   Many dealers also set their invoice date to 17 days, determining that at 17 days, the customer will be paying for the full month (often actually 28 days)
