TObjective: Create a Service Report (Simple - Mobile)
Service reports are a technician's 'story' about the work performed on a work order. Unlike full-service reports, simple service reports indicate a single start and end time for work over a single date. Multiple service reports from the same technician can be entered at any time. You can enter service reports from a computer or a mobile device.

There are two ways to add a service report into Vizybility. The technician can either choose to add a service report from the My Work Order screen, or from My Service Reports screen.
Create a Service Report from My Work Orders screen
- From the main welcome screen, press the menu button (3 lines, top left)
- Click My Work Orders. This list will show you all work orders you've been assigned to. To see all work orders, click View All.
- Select the work order you'd like to add a service report to.
- At the bottom, click the Service Report tab.
- You will see a previewed list of previously created service reports. To view more details, click on one of the service reports listed, or create a new one by pressing Add Service Report.
- By Default, the report date and unit number will be automatically filled out if a service report is created from the work order screen. A unit number will only populate if the work order was opened with an asset. Update the report date if necessary.
- Fill in the segment number and current hours (SMU) of the asset at the time of work performed.
- If completed, the technician can check Work Order Complete. This is a signal that the work order may be ready to be closed.
- Enter the Start and End Time. This represents the work performed for this specific service report.
- If traveling, enter mileage travelled.
- Enter the technician story in the Work Performed field. This field represents the description of work performed.
- To add pictures, click the Pictures button and the plus sign. You'll have an option to upload an image from your phone gallery or take a new picture.
- Click Save or Submit.
- Save: The Service Report remains in an "Open" status, allowing you to come back later to make edits. You'll be able to open this service report from the work order screen or from My Service Reports screen.
- Submit: The Service Report status is updated to "Submitted" and can no longer be edited by a technician. Ensure that all entries and descriptions are accurate before submitting.
It is also possible to find an open work order list from an asset. To do this, go to the Fleet List or All Assets screen, find the asset, and click Open Work Order.
