Changing Your Vizybility Password

Objective: Changing Your Vizybility Password

You can easily change your password on Vizybility whenever you need to. This is especially helpful after logging into your system for the very first time. Contact us if you're locked out of your account.

Please note: If your system utilizes Single Sign On (SSO), changing your password is unnecessary.

Step-by-step Instructions

1. If you're a new user, log into your system with the username and password that was emailed to you. Otherwise, log in with your current username and password.
2. Once logged in, click on your name in the top right-hand corner.
3. Select Change Password.
4. A new window will appear. Enter your old password and your new password twice. 
5. Click Save. You will be logged out of your system. 
6. You can now log back into your system with your updated password.
