Objective: Create a new Inspection

You can create digital inspections for your entire fleet to capture in-depth asset conditions, damage, and backlog additional items that your service department can tend to, all in one platform.

Step-by-step Instructions


  1. Open the Service Mobile App and click on the menu icon in the top left-side.
  2. Click Fleet List.
  3. Find the asset and click on it.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Start Inspection.
    • You may be prompted about open inspections on the asset - you can select an open inspection or click Start New Inspection to start a brand-new inspection.
    • At any point during the inspection, you can click the Save and Close button and come back to the inspection at any point, picking up right where you left off.
  5. You'll be presented with a list of available inspection templates - select the appropriate template.
  6. Enter the customer's name and current machine hours. You can also add videos and pictures directly from your phone's camera or gallery.
    • If required, you can add comments to pictures by clicking the edit icon, adding your comment, and clicking Complete.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Run through all questions/tasks presented. Click Next to go to the next page or Previous to return to the prior page.
    • If an inspection task requires a picture, a red camera icon will appear. Tap this icon take/add a picture. Once an image has been added, the camera icon will turn green.
    • Inspection tasks can have comments. Click the edit icon to add your comment.
  9. You can add additional items outside of the standard inspection task template. This is usually for items such as general wear and tear, customer damage, wash, and so on.
    • Add any values, comments, and pictures, as necessary.
    • Click Complete after all necessary fields have been filled.
  10. Finally, click Next to be brought to the last page. This page will show the summary of inspection tasks you've just gone through, as well as a spot for an inspector/customer's signature, and any final comments.
  11. After reviewing and verifying all the information is correct, click Complete Inspection to finish the inspection.
