Objective: Create a Parts Requisition (Mobile)
Enable your technicians to swiftly request and submit necessary parts for work orders using the parts requisition feature. This streamlines the process by effortlessly recording part names, descriptions, and prices, expediting the entire parts acquisition workflow. Creating a parts requisition can be done from your computer browser or from a mobile device.

Step-by-step Instructions
- Press the Vizybility menu button
- Press My Parts Requisitions.
- If the parts requisition was not submitted, select the requisition from the list. Otherwise, press Add.
- Enter the work order number and corresponding segment number.
- Select the requisition date.
- Additionally, you can add:
- Required Date the items are needed by
- Delivery Location
- Delivery Inspections
- Order Comments
- Press Save. Once saved, new tabs will appear.
- Press the Items tab.
- From the parts list, press Add or Add List.
- Pressing Add allows you to add one part at a time:
- Begin adding parts by entering a part number into the part number field. This field will auto-fill if a matching part number is found from the Parts Master.
- Enter the description (if required), cost, and quantity needed on the order. Enter any additional comments.
- Press Save to be brought back to the parts list or Save and New to begin entering another part.
- Pressing Add List allows you to add multiple parts at the same time:
- Enter a part number and order quantity, seperated by a comma.
- For each new part on the list, enter the part number and order quantity on a new line.
- When finished, press Add.
- You'll be brought back to a confirmation page with all parts in a list. If the part has been saved previously, it will display more information like description/costs. You can press a part number to edit descriptions, add pricing, etc.
- Click Save to add the parts to the requisition list.
- Pressing Add allows you to add one part at a time:
- Once all parts have been added, go back to the Header tab and press Place Order.
